Work Experience
During Transition Year, students will gain some valuable insights into the world of work through our work placement programme. The work placement this year is two separate placements (25th - 29th of November and 3rd - 7th of February).
Each student is expected to find their own placements with an employer in a suitable area of work. This should be done in consultation with their parents and the Career Guidance team. Every effort should be made to find work placements which are relevant to any plans for a future career.
Students are encouraged to start planning for their work placements and have an idea of where they might like to apply as soon as possible.
